Rally Storm Cookstown is fast becoming Ireland’s leading Rally Experience with its purpose built gravel rally stage has been specifically designed to provide a professional location for private hire and the rally school.
Michael McCullagh, an industry expert, entered in to the rally market in 2007 and quickly became the NI ,ROI & UK leading provider of motorsport products. Through Michael’s connection and knowledge of the industry he was able to identify a gap in the market for a specialised and purpose built facility for a professional gravel race track for pre competition practice and a professional Rally School allowing individuals to learn the sport alongside the some of the country’s best rally drivers.
Rallying as a sport has witnessed a tremendous increase in popularity hosting world class events such as the Ulster Rally and the Circuit or Ireland drawing huge crowds both international and locally.
The recently completed purpose built race built track is located in the extreme Northern Ireland Sperrins Terrain, midway between Omagh and Cookstown in Co Tyrone. The rally stage is a unique combination of tight hairpins, fast straights, crest and medium corners. This has been designed to replicate the surface of a forest stage without the danger of trees and ditches.
The ability testing gravel will gives individuals an opportunity to improve skills and learn rally driving techniques in conditions that replicate actual rally conditions.
Rally Storm provides experienced tuition on the art of rally driving. The expert rally instructor will provide a selection of intensive courses that will provide both the practical and real rally drive time.
Specifically designed courses will be available for social groups through to corporate entertaining days.
