Room Leader Position – full time (38 hours per week) 
Job Description:-To provide a fun, safe, relaxed, nurturing environment for the children in our care.
-To support, motivate and lead a team of childcare assistants in collaboration with an assistant room leader and management team.
-To meet the care and educational needs of the children to a high standard on a daily basis.
-To oversee the environment layout and flow of the daily routine to ensure each child's individual needs are catered for.
-To ensure effective daily communication with parents/carers in regards to the children in their care.
Essential CriteriaLevel 3 (or equivalent) in children’s care, learning and development/early years, or Higher
Experience of planning and documenting for children's learning and development.
Experience of leading a team in a professional environment.
Desirable CriteriaPaediatric First Aid
safeguarding
2+ years experience working within a childcare setting.
