MYCookstown - 10 points for improving your attitude

A new attitude

Sometimes you read something that’s so good you just have to share it.  So during this week I am going to do 5 posts on having a new attitude. At the end of the week they will all go together on our blog at www.mycookstown.com

1                     View setbacks as detours, not DEAD ENDS. Winners don’t just face misfortune they embrace it, knowing it leads to future success.

2                     Tune out the critics and focus on doing your best. Anyone who accomplishes anything worthwhile has to overcome criticism.

3                      When you fail look for the lesson and remember all the times you’ve succeeded.

4                     Instead of focusing on the past and worrying about the future, focus on the day – that’s where your influence is greatest.

5                     Don’t complain when things go wrong. Work on identifying solutions.

6                     When you’re distracted focus on your breathing, take a walk and clear your mind.

7                     When your lonely, remember the people who’ve helped you this far and who love and support you.

8                     When you’re tired, take the time to rest- but never ever give up. Finish strong in everything you do.

9                     Attitudes are like iPhones.  Best thing ever, will solve practically all your problems but you have to keep them switched on at all times.

10                 Have you ever met someone that was all talk and no action?  Forever talking about certain ambitions and dreams, but never acting?  In order to improve your attitude, it is helpful to take action.  Taking action will, over time, help ensure good results.

Really hoped you enjoyed this and I will leave you with this to think about.

You live once - Life is just too short – Your attitude will make the difference.
