  • Having a problem with my alternator, repeatedly blowing voltage regulators, I enquired about how to test the internals of the alternator. I received expedient and precise repies to every question about test set-ups and procedure and we eventually concluded that the internals were not the cause of the problem and would have to look elsewhere. I continue to buy my voltage regulators from m.u.r.e. until I have identified the culprit.

  • As I had a bit of battery trouble over the recent cold snap , I pulled up outside the shop and walked towards the guys behind the counter and asked for a free battery and alternator test within 30 seconds they were under the bonnet checking for faults and found one , a new battery was needed , and as they had a similar battery in stock I purchased one at a more than reasonable price along with a great warranty ,,, very well done guys

  • Called in today to get my alternator repaired on my husbands car, left it off and went done some messages on the road home... didnt even get home and the phone rang to say it was done! Great service and a great bunch of fellows. Thank you
